Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice
Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice (State Dept.)

I am delighted to launch America.gov, the U.S. Department of State’s new and dynamic Web site for foreign audiences.

This exciting outlet allows our diplomats to reach out and engage with men and women around the world about issues affecting all our lives.  The interactive Web site provides in-depth material on U.S. policies, culture, and values, incorporating the latest in multi-media, video, forum discussions, polls, and quizzes.  We seek to make America.gov part of a two-way conversation between Americans and people in other countries.

We hope you will find America.gov a valuable resource for learning about America’s vision, goals, and policies.
